This program allows you to trade in your gently used FOUNT bags for store credit toward a new one, or purchase a pre-loved FOUNT bag at a lower cost. It’s all part of our commitment to sustainability and creating a circular fashion economy.
What is the Patina Shop?
At the Patina Shop, we buy back your eligible pre-loved FOUNT bags for store credit toward your next purchase. The amount of credit you receive depends on the condition of the bag, and is a great way to give your bag a new home and refresh your collection at the same time!
What Makes The Patina Shop Special?
Not only is this a great way to refresh your collection, but it also supports our sustainability efforts. By giving your old bags a second life, you're helping reduce waste and promote a more sustainable fashion industry. The Restoring Process
After we collect these pre-loved FOUNT bags, they are set aside for restoring. This process includes repairing straps, mending loose stitches, cleaning the interior, and refreshing the bag's leather.
When & Where?
Our next and final Sell Back event of 2026 will take place in all FOUNT stores from May 22nd through May 25th. All items collected from this Sell-Back event will be available for purchase at our annual Seconds Sale in Cleveland this July. Stay tuned for details!
Are prices negotiable?
Patina Shop prices are non-negotiable and have each been designated a price based on level of wear, restoration efforts and style.
Can I purchase Patina Shop bags online?
Patina Shop pieces are currently available only in FOUNT stores. Visit your local store to see their curated selection!
Can I return Patina Shop bags?
Patina Shop pieces are final sale; there will be no returns or exchanged allowed on these special items.
Are Patina Shop bags included in current promotions?
Patina Shop pieces are excluded from all sales and promotions. You can apply your FOUNT Rewards Points to these pieces, though!
